Changing your mind

You can cancel your online order without giving a reason, from the time you place it until 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

Condition of returned items

Please return items with their original packaging, instructions and any included accessories wherever possible.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. However, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
